• If a member owns or rents property at Rancho Viejo the membership will attach to that property.

YOUNG PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP:

• Young Professional Members are entitled to full use of the entire facility, including golf, tennis, swimming, and dining.
  
• Young Professional Memberships are available to all adults 21-29. In a household, both the applicant and his or her spouse must be 21-29 to qualify.
  
• If a member owns or rents property at Rancho Viejo the membership will attach to that property unless listed under Corporate Membership.
  
• A Young Professional Membership will transfer to whatever other category would be appropriate for the new member, within the rules. At age 30, the membership is upgradable to the Junior Executive Category.
  
• Initiation Fee $500
  
• Monthly Dues $150

EXECUTIVE MEMBERSHIP:

• Junior Executive Members are entitled to full use of the entire facility, including golf, tennis, swimming, and dining.
  
• Junior Executive Memberships are available to all adults under the age of forty. In a household, both the applicant and his or her spouse must be under the age of forty to qualify.
  
• If a member owns or rents property at Rancho Viejo the membership will attach to that property.
  
• A Junior Executive Membership will transfer to whatever other category would be appropriate for the new member, within the rules.
  
• Initiation Fee $1,500
  
• Monthly Dues $275

RECREATIONAL MEMBERSHIP:

• Recreational Members are entitled to Club privileges including tennis, the driving range, the swimming pool, dining and other amenities in the Clubhouse. Recreational Members are entitled to full use of the entire facility, except the golf courses.
  
• If a member owns or rents property at Rancho Viejo the membership will attach to that property.
  
• Recreational Memberships are transferable within the rules.
  
• Initiation Fee $1,500
  
• Monthly Dues $160
  

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP:

• Social Memberships are entitled to full use of the entire facility, except the golf courses. Social Members are entitled to Club privileges including tennis, the driving range, the swimming pool, and dining and other amenities in the Clubhouse.
  
• Social memberships are non-transferable and not available to property owners or those living in the Rancho Viejo area permanently or temporarily.
  
• Initiation Fee $400
  
• Monthly Dues $60

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP:

• Corporate Memberships are available to corporations with a minimum of (1) General Membership and a maximum of (9) additional memberships available to other corporate officers. The additional nine (9) memberships are open to a mix of categories, including General Membership, Recreational Membership, Social Membership, or Junior Executive Membership.

• Corporations are considered to be active business organizations established as corporations
  
• Available only to the employees of a corporation.
  
• To remain activated there must be a minimum of one General Membership.
  
• Does not attach to Property at Rancho Viejo.

• Transferable within the corporation with proper authorization by the corporation. A Corporate Membership may transfer to another category of membership with an employee that leaves the corporation or retires after it has been activated with that corporation for over one year.
  
• Initiation Fee $5000
  
• Each membership is assessed the dues for that particular category.

Rancho Viejo Resort and Country Club is owned by Rancho Viejo, Inc., a corporation organized pursuant to the laws of the State of Texas. Rancho Viejo, Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors, which Board is authorized, and has the power to promulgate, amend, and enforce rules for the efficient operation of Rancho Viejo Resort and Country Club and its facilities.

Rancho Viejo Resort and Country Club is a private corporation, therefore the membership and the Members shall have no ownership rights in the Club and will not share in the Club’s earnings or liabilities. The affairs and property of the Club shall be managed and controlled exclusively by the Owner of the Club. Only in the event of extensive damage to the Club property, due to hurricanes, tornadoes, freezes, or other acts of God (i.e., beyond the control of the Club or the membership), may the Club impose an assessment upon the membership to defray the costs of replacement and repairs.

The Owners of Rancho Viejo Resort and Country Club have adopted the Club Rules to carry out the responsibility of maintaining the Club’s property and managing the Club’s affairs, including the matter of membership in the Club. Feel free to ask the Rancho Viejo Country Club Membership Director for a copy prior to joining if you have questions pertaining to the Club Rules.

The Rules of the Club may be changed by the Owner from time to time. Such changes shall be prominently displayed on the bulletin board in the Pro Shop and sent out in the Club’s newsletter, in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 in the Club Rules.
